Your starting point is Frauentorplatz in Wangen's old town. Open the Explorial app, enter your 6-digit game code that you received by text and Viator chat message, select German, and tap Start.
The trail moves through the preserved lanes of Wangen's medieval centre, past painted facades, arched gateways, and fountains. The Café Walfisch beim Martinstor — set beside one of the town's historic gate towers — features early with a riddle about the Martinstor that rewards looking up at the gate rather than through it.
