Arrive early to check in and receive a brief on‑land and on‑water orientation covering paddleboarding basics, balance, and safety. Once on the water, you’ll paddle at an easy pace to a quiet area of the lake where boards are anchored securely. As the sun begins to set, settle comfortably onto your paddleboard—either seated or lying down—for a guided floating sound bath. Soothing sounds such as singing bowls and chimes travel gently across the water, encouraging deep relaxation, mindfulness, and stress relief. The experience concludes with a peaceful paddle back to shore, leaving you calm, grounded, and refreshed.
