In the heart of Romagna, in the charming city of Faenza, guests are welcomed into a warm, family home—a spacious attic overlooking the historic center—for an authentic Italian cooking experience. Passionate about tradition and seasonality, you will create classic Romagna dishes using only fresh, local ingredients.
