2. If you arrive at Kalibo (KLO) Airport, after collecting your luggage, "exit the immigration hall and our staff will be waiting for you outside with a 'Southwest Tour' sign. Please show your booking confirmation voucher."
At counter, please present your booking confirmation. Our staff will greet you and guide you to the nearest air-conditioned vehicle to Boracay.
