Walk through ancient rainforest while enjoying mountain scenery and Tasmania’s unique flora and fauna. A good level of fitness and some bushwalking experience is recommended. Both groups travel together from Launceston before choosing their experience at Cradle Mountain. Includes return transport, National Park entry, lunch and expert local commentary.

Après avoir quitté Launceston, vous profiterez d'une courte halte dans le village historique de Sheffield, la ville des peintures murales, avant de continuer vers Cradle Mountain. Le parc national de Cradle Mountain est l'une des cinq zones de parc national qui forment ensemble la zone de nature sauvage de Tasmanie, inscrite au patrimoine mondial. Nous poursuivons notre voyage dans les montagnes, en passant par les forêts, les plaines et les hautes terres, pour arriver à Cradle Mountain et à Dove Lake, la réserve du patrimoine mondial, après un trajet routier de 2,5 heures. De là, vous avez la possibilité de faire l'une des nombreuses petites promenades de Tasmanie, allant des allers-retours de 30 minutes aux circuits d'environ 2 heures avec des vues imprenables sur les montagnes et le lac. Au retour de Cradle Mountain, nous ferons une halte à Ashgrove Tasmanian Farm Cheese, où vous aurez l'occasion de déguster certains des meilleurs fromages de Tasmanie.
