My cooking classes are completely à la carte. We choose the menu together to take into account your desires, what you like and possibly your allergies. With more than 20 years of experience, I offer a typical French homemade kitchen (everyday cooking or more sophisticated according to your choice) in a kitchen that could be yours. I only buy fresh seasonal produce (depending on the season) that I pick up at the local market that is held every Thursday morning in the town hall square near my home. Local vegetable, fruit, cheese, meat and poultry producers are my exclusive suppliers. Even flour, I buy 10km from home at the mills of Sologne which makes flours of exceptional quality from varieti...

experience à la carte. Together we will produce dishes (2 or 3 maximum) that we have chosen together during the Reservation. Depending on the season, use of fresh and local products. At the end of the course we can taste together the dishes made accompanied by a glass of wine of the region offered. An original experience during your stay in the Loire Valley between Chambord and Chenonceau, and 15 minutes from Beauval Zoo.
