Your experience begins at Mataveri International Airport, where our team will welcome you with a traditional flower necklace — the first sign of Rapa Nui hospitality. You’ll then be transferred to your selected hotel in a shared service, with time to rest and enjoy the island’s peaceful atmosphere.

In the evening, we’ll pick you up from your hotel for a night filled with flavor, music, and ancestral traditions at Te Ra’ai Restaurant. You’ll be greeted by the Te Ra’ai family and offered a refreshing local drink while you learn about Takona, an ancient body-painting art that expresses Rapa Nui stories through symbols and colors. Next, take part in the Umu Hatu, the traditional Rapa Nui curanto, prepared underground with hot stones — a ritual that embodies centuries of island heritage. Enjoy a buffet-style dinner with local dishes, meats, root vegetables, salads, tropical fruits, and a glass of Chilean wine. The evening concludes with the Haha Varua live performance, a vibrant dance and music show that brings to life the spirit, legends, and “Mana” — the sacred energy — of the Rapa Nui people.
