We offer beautiful 2-hour horseback rides. We operate our horseback rides in one of the most picturesque places in the west. Our friendly and well-trained horses will take you on trail through the washes of the water pocket fold of Capitol Reef National Park. We provide water and trail snacks for you while on our ride. Our horse wranglers are local to the area and are all season veterans in western horseback riding. All of our trips are fully guided. Each person will ride their own horse. We do not allow doubles. Please pull into the Capitol Reef Resort Property in Torrey Utah. Right as you pull in there is a gravel parking lot next to the large Tipi that is built on a wood frame. Please park there. Then walk down the hill to the horse corrals. You will be able to see the corrals from the parking area.

Welcome to Wilderness Ridge Adventures. We are have the best 1-hour and 2-hour horse rides in the west. No experience necessary.
We will have our trusty horses saddled up for you when you arrive. We will begin our right from our corrals and will Journey towards the Red Bluff. Note worthy views along the ride will be the Windgate Tunnel and the Petrified Forest. Our ride is a loop so we don't see the same views twice. The trail takes us through the western water pocket fold of Capitol Reef National Park.
