Padar Island is famous for its dramatic panoramic viewpoints overlooking three crescent-shaped beaches with different colored sands. Guests will enjoy a short but steep hike (about 20–30 minutes) to the top for breathtaking photo opportunities. Early morning visits are recommended for cooler temperatures and the best lighting. Wear comfortable shoes and bring water, as there is little shade.

Taka Makassar Island
Taka Makassar is a tiny sandbank island surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise waters. It’s perfect for relaxing, taking photos, and enjoying the unique sensation of standing in the middle of the ocean. The area is also great for light snorkeling. There are no facilities on the island, so guests should bring essentials like water, sun protection, and towels.

Pink Beach
Pink Beach is one of the rare beaches in the world with naturally pink sand, created by crushed red coral mixed with white sand. It’s an excellent spot for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing. The waters are calm and rich in marine life, making it ideal for beginners. Guests should bring sunscreen, swimwear.

Manta Point
Manta Point is a top snorkeling and diving site where guests have the chance to see graceful manta rays in their natural habitat. Sightings are common but not guaranteed, as these are wild animals. The currents can be strong, so this stop is best suited for confident swimmers. Life jackets are usually provided, and guides will ensure safety during the experience.

Komodo Island
Komodo Island
Komodo Island is the highlight of the park and the natural habitat of the famous Komodo dragons—the world’s largest living lizards. During this stop, guests will go on a guided walking tour led by local rangers to safely observe these unique animals in the wild. The trek is generally easy to moderate and also offers chances to see other wildlife such as deer, wild boar, and various bird species.
In addition to the dragons, the island features beautiful savannah landscapes, coastal views, and scenic photo spots. Guests are advised to wear comfortable walking shoes, stay with the ranger at all times, and follow safety instructions carefully. Bringing water, sunscreen, and a hat is highly recommended due to the hot and dry climate.

Turtle Point
Turtle Point is a popular snorkeling spot in Komodo National Park where guests have a high chance of encountering sea turtles in their natural habitat. The calm, clear waters and healthy coral reefs make it an excellent location for both beginner and experienced snorkelers.
Guests can expect to see green sea turtles gracefully swimming or resting on the reef, along with a variety of tropical fish and vibrant coral formations. While sightings are common, they are not guaranteed as this is a natural environment.
