Republic Square
During the Soviet period it was called Lenin Square and a statue of Vladimir Lenin stood at the square. Soviet parades and celebrations were held twice (originally thrice) a year until 1988. After Armenia's independence, Lenin's statue was removed and the square was renamed.

Sasuntsi Davit Street
It is one of the original metro stations in the city of Yerevan and was opened to the public on 7 March 1981. It is connected to the adjacent Yerevan railway station by a pedestrian tunnel.
It is named for David of Sassoun, a statue of whom stands outside the railway station.

Bangladesh is the name given to an area of Malatia-Sebastia district. It is famous for selling agricultural products. We will sample local famous snacks and wonder around the market.

Explore CCCP (USSR) district Yerevan, full of glorious apartment buildings to house the proletariat. Learn the story behind the last buildings built in the Soviet times and taste the even delicious Soviet ice cream.

Children's Railway
Nestled between Hrazdan river and Hrazdan water canal this is one of many children's railways that existed in the USSR and continued functioning after its breakup. Built in 1937 it was the best place to come as a child to get motivated and learn more about trains. The original main station building as well as the first 1937 locomotive are still intact and delighting victors for almost 100 years.
