According to the pick up time given to you, you have to wait for the vehicle and the guide at the reception of your hotel. After the guide arrives at your hotel, you must be in the vehicle within a maximum of 5 minutes. Otherwise, the guide will continue the tour without taking you and no-show will be applied.
