Itinerary

Kojima Station
The tour starts in front of Seven-Eleven Heart-in at JR Kojima Station, where all guests will meet the guide.
After meeting the guide, guests joining the Regular Course (4-hour course) or Short Course 1 (Observatory and Jeans Street Course) will head to a stunning scenic spot overlooking the Seto Inland Sea.
Travel for 30 minutes via the coastal route, passing Kojima Gaaco Pier, Kojima Boat Race Course, and Sansan Maru Pier.
Note: The meeting point is the same for all courses. Guests joining Short Course 2 (Betty Smith Course) will also meet the guide at JR Kojima Station, but after meeting up, their itinerary will begin from Kojima Jeans Street.

Toki-no-kairō
Café Toki-no-Kairō (approx. 30 min break)
In a café filled with the sounds of classical masterpieces, savor the rich taste of freshly roasted coffee at your leisure. The tour fee includes a choice of coffee or tea.
If Café Toki-no-Kairō is closed, we will visit an alternative café, such as one in the Jeans Street area.
Please note that, due to the limited tour time, other menu items cannot be ordered.
Note: This stop is not included in Short Course 2 (Betty Smith Course).

Azumaya observation deck
Azumaya Observation Deck (approx. 30 min)
Take in the breathtaking panoramic views from this perfect photo spot, where you can appreciate the natural beauty of the island-dotted Seto Inland Sea. Free entry.
Note: This stop is not included in Short Course 2 (Betty Smith Course).

風の道 旧児島駅舎
Shimotsui Electric Railway Route
Washuzan Station Ruins ⇒ Kotoumi Station ⇒ Atsu Station ⇒ Old Kojima Station
Toilets and water supply are available at Old Kojima Station.
Enjoy a 30-minute ride to Old Kojima Station along the downhill bicycle path.
Note: This route is not included in Short Course 2 (Betty Smith Course).

Kojima Jeans Street
Jeans Street (Approx. 30 minutes)
Pass through Kojima Jeans Street, a symbol of Kojima and the birthplace of Japanese denim. As you make your way toward Betty Smith, enjoy the unique denim culture and local atmosphere of the area.
For guests joining Short Course 1 (Observatory and Jeans Street Course):
This course concludes after Jeans Street. After finishing this part of the tour, you will return to Kojima Station to complete the experience.
For guests joining Short Course 2 (Betty Smith Course):
This course starts from Kojima Station and begins with Kojima Jeans Street.

Kangetsudo
A little snack time at Kangetudou, a Japanese confectionery shop famous for Kangetudou Daifuku.
The cost of a small snack is included in the tour price. Please note that daifuku is not included.
If Kangetudou is closed, we will take you to an alternative dango shop, where a small snack will also be included.
Note: This stop is not included in Short Course 1.

Betty Smith Jeans Museum
Betty Smith Experience, Museum Visit & Shopping (Approx. 60 minutes)
At Betty Smith, you can enjoy a simple hands-on denim accessory-making experience.
Choose one item from the options below and attach rivets to create your own original denim accessory.
The hands-on experience itself takes about 10 minutes.
