The ski lesson depends on the level of the student. Beginners start skiing on blue slopes. (The easiest ones). - Learning how to put the ski on. - Learning how to fall down safely. - Learning the basic elements of skiing.(Snowplow,turns,etc) - Learning how to slide.sideways. Advanced skiers start skiing on blue or red slopes. - Learing parallel skiing with more speed. - Exercising on red slopes. - Learing short turn techniques Proffesional skiers can improve: - Carving technique - exercising on black slopes. - skiing off-piste (Skiing in the powder) - Learing how to jump in the "fun park".
