iSimangaliso Wetland Park
iSimangaliso is a nature lovers paradise, the natural diversity and beauty of various interwoven ecosystems is a haven for wildlife, birds, reptiles and plant species. High vegetated sand dunes, open grasslands, wetlands and the most pristine beaches. You have the first safari on your way to Cape Vidal (beach) where you can enjoy exploring the beach, rock pools and year round warm Indian Ocean. Depending on the time of the year your may spot migrating humpback and southern right whales passing by. You are completely surrounded by nature and wildlife with vervet & samango monkeys being a nuisance, shy red duiker in the underbrush and occasionally a bushbuck or two may walk by your picnic table. Once you have had a wonderful time at the beach, you have to experience your "second" safari on your way out of the park. A truly remarkable and unique way for safari, nature & wildlife enthusiast to unwind and relax while still getting real value for money nature time.
