Guests will arrive at our serene wellness studio and be guided into our aerial room. After a brief introduction, each guest will be assisted into their own suspended aerial hammock—designed to support the body in a cocoon-like position.
The experience begins with a few minutes of breathwork and grounding. Once everyone is comfortable, the sound bath begins. A certified sound healer will play a curated blend of healing instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks.
