This experience is designed to reconnect you with the honest, vibrant flavors and aromas of our land. Our journey begins with a walk through our organic gardens. You will see the regenerative practices we use to grow your food and learn about the "Slow Food" movement we proudly represent. As we return to our open-air kitchen, the aroma of Briam—a medley of garden vegetables roasting in the wood-burning oven—has already filled the air. Before you take your seat at our big Farmer’s Table, you will watch us prepare the final touches on your starters.
