In this interactive class, we’ll prepare our famous tableside guacamole and craft a fresh batch of homemade tamales together. Along the way, you’ll discover why tamales have been a treasured tradition across Latino cultures for centuries — bringing families and communities together around food.
The class includes a short, engaging presentation on the history and cultural significance of tamales, giving you a deeper appreciation for every bite. You’ll enjoy Rita’s signature house-made salsa as a snack, sip on our iconic El Jefe Margarita (included with your ticket), and take in the one-of-a-kind views from our Test Kitchen overlooking the San Antonio Riverwalk.
