Guests leave Cape Town at 08h00 and travel through some of the wine-producing valleys of the Winelands. Each valley is graced with great scenic beauty, vineyards and orchards.
Finding our way into the Klein Karoo by way of the superb Cogmanskloof Pass, we travel through a string of picturesque small towns set in this uniquely beautiful scenery. Stop for lunch and wine tasting at Die Krans in Calitzdorp, an internationally renowned award winning Wine Estate.
We arrive in the town of Oudtshoorn, undisputed "ostrich capital" of the world. Our first visit is the Cango Wildlife Ranch to view cheetahs, lions, tigers, crocodiles and much more. Overnight in Oudtshoorn. Free for Dinner
