In this activity, travelers take an easy trail on foot in the Monte area of the Madalena, with landscapes over the mountain, the sea and nature. We follow the trails of the Old Creation, passing through the vineyards, Moinho and Lajido, where we see the ancient relieves and talk a little about the local history. In Lajido will be done a guided meditation of about 20 minutes, in contact with the stone and nature. At the end, there will be an outdoor picnic. Optionally, if the sea allows, there can be a bath in Laja das Rosas.
