Day 1: Welcome to Uganda! Meet our guide/driver from Entebbe Airport and transfer you Your hotel in Jinja.
Jinja is Uganda’s second biggest town after Kampala. It is where we find the source of the mighty Nile River, Bujagali falls and many industries. Jinja is located on the Northern shore of Lake Victoria above Ripon falls near Owen falls dam.
Our drive to Jinja takes us through Mabira forest with different primates such as grey checked mangabey and red- tailed monkey. There are also butterfly and bird species Such as Nahan’s francolin, localized forest wood-hoopoe and African pitta. Mabira is unique ornithological site in Uganda. Continue to Jinja.
