Wir beginnen unsere Tour von Nafplion nach Lakonia. In Sparta angekommen, besuchen wir das archäologische Museum, reich an Funden aus der neolothischen bis römischen Zeit und Objekten der großen Heiligtümer von Sparta. Wir werden dann in das Museum für griechisches Olivenöl gehen, das uns durch die Kultur, die Geschichte und die Technologie der Oliven- und Olivenölproduktion in Griechenland von der Vorgeschichte bis zum Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts führt. Wir werden dann 5 km entfernt nach Mystras fahren, das auch unser Endziel ist. Die letzte Hochburg des Hellenismus vor der Eroberung der Osmanen, umgeben von Ruinen der vier verlassenen Siedlungen mit großen nachbyzantinischen Kirchen, Häusern und Palästen von Palaiologos, ist in der Liste des UNESCO-Weltkulturerbes aufgeführt zum Mittagessen in einer der traditionellen Tavernen vor unserer Rückkehr nach Nafplion.
