Take in breathtaking views of the Tennessee River, Lookout Mountain, and the city skyline as we pause for unforgettable photo opportunities. We will pass through the Bluff View Arts district and head towards the Big 9, a historic African American neighborhood. We will pass by the Bessie Smith Center.
