سنبدأ جولتنا من نافبليون متوجهين إلى لاكونيا. عند وصولنا إلى سبارتا، سنزور المتحف الأثري الغني بالاكتشافات من العصر الحجري الحديث إلى العصر الروماني وأشياء من الأضرحة العظيمة في سبارتا. سنذهب بعد ذلك إلى متحف زيت الزيتون اليوناني، الذي سيأخذنا عبر ثقافة وتاريخ وتكنولوجيا إنتاج الزيتون وزيت الزيتون في اليونان، من عصور ما قبل التاريخ حتى بداية القرن العشرين. سنسافر بعد ذلك على بعد ٥ كم إلى ميستراس والتي تعد أيضًا وجهتنا النهائية. آخر معقل للهيلينية قبل الفتح العثماني، وتحيط بها أسوار مدمرة للمستوطنات الأربع المهجورة مع الكنائس العظيمة التي تعود إلى ما بعد العصر البيزنطي ومنازل وقصور باليولوجوس وهي مدرجة في قائمة التراث العالمي لليونسكو. في القرية تحت القلاع، يمكننا التوقف لتناول الغداء في إحدى الحانات التقليدية قبل عودتنا إلى نافبليون.
