Your hostess will introduce you to the philosophy that runs through all Italian cooking — that great food is made with simple ingredients, time, and genuine love. Pasta Class — available all year You will mix and knead a fresh pasta dough from scratch using only flour and eggs, then learn to roll it to the perfect thickness.
