You'll spend a full day working with two performance artists who dedicate their lives to the creation of authentic experiences. We were trained in presence, physical acting, and on how to use the body as a tool for creating pieces. Our latest work is a filmwork on presence, in the form of walking 400 miles backwards on the Camino de Santiago. From our experience and radical kinds of experimentation, we've built our own method for self-growth, called the Same Method. Now, we'll teach it to you, on a hidden riverside property in Panama's tranquil lowlands.

Join us on this day-retreat immersed in Panama's lowlands near Bijagual, Chiriqui. Hosted by two Dutch performance artists, we'll work with the Same Method workshop: a framework for self discovery and personal growth. The workshop includes shadow work, meditation, presence & physical exercise trainings.
Besides the workshop, you'll enjoy drinks, a nutritious lunch, a refreshing dive in the luscious Papayal river. The day winds down with a healing sound bath meditation, followed by a group reflection where you can share insights, ask questions, or simply enjoy a snack or two.
