After booking, you'll receive confirmation details showing your scheduled pickup time at Maligne Lake.
Please arrive at the P1 Bus Loading Zone at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. The shuttle departs from the corner of Parking Lot 1 (P1), beside the pathway leading to the Maligne Lake Cruise check-in area.
As the shuttle operates on a fixed schedule, it cannot wait for late guests.
