You'll spend a full day working with two performance artists and actors who dedicate their lives to the creation of authentic experiences. We were trained in presence, physical acting, and on how to use the body as a tool for creating pieces. Our latest work is a filmwork on presence, in the form of walking 422 miles backwards on the Camino de Santiago. From our experience and radical kinds of experimentation, we've built our own method for self-growth, called the Same Method. Now, we'll teach it to you, on a hidden riverside property in Panama's tranquil lowlands.

برنامج الجولة
Join us on this day-retreat immersed in Panama's lowlands near Bijagual, Chiriqui. Hosted by two Dutch performance artists, we'll dive into exercises to grow our presence and physical awareness, bases on our experience as performance artists and actors.
Besides the workshop, you'll enjoy drinks, a nutritious lunch, a refreshing dive in the luscious Papayal river. The day winds down with a healing sound bath meditation, followed by a group reflection where you can share insights, ask questions, or simply enjoy a snack or two. You'll leave around 4:00 PM with practical tools for clarity and self-discovery that you can carry with you long after the workshop ends.
