Join us for an authentic hands-on pasta-making experience in our welcoming home in central Verona! Together with our passionate chef Denis, you’ll learn how to blend the right ingredients to create simple yet delicious fresh pasta. Denis will guide you step by step, sharing cooking tips, traditional techniques, and his own secret recipes.
You’ll roll out the dough just like an Italian nonna and shape it into different pasta forms. Then you’ll prepare your favorite sauce to pair with your homemade pasta, giving life to a mouthwatering dish you can easily recreate at home. Denis uses only top-quality, fresh ingredients to ensure a genuine and flavorful result.
