The evening with Cooking experience Verona starts with a glass of Spritz Aperol as you get to know the group and learn about the evening ahead.
Next, roll up your sleeves for a hands-on cooking session. Make two types of hand-rolled and cut pasta with different sauces (ragù and pesto), and one traditional dessert. Learn recipes coming from Enrico’s grandmother, passed down through the generations. No fancy tools used, so you can easily recreate the dishes at home.
