From Cuiaba we depart towards the capital of the Pantanal, Pocone. From Pocone we start our journey into the Pantanal on the Transpantaneira highway.

We will meet you at the airport and depart for the Pantanal. We’ll drive south to Poconé to connect with the Transpantaneira highway. From Poconé we continue and drive further along the Transpantaneira, one of the Best wildlife viewing areas in the entire world. Keep your eyes open for endangered marsh deer, South American coati, anacondas, giant anteater, toco toucans, tapirs, armadillos, hyacinth macaws, and a host of other animals and birds. We arrive to Pousada Piuval in time for dinner. Overnight Pousada Piuval Pousada Piuval is a countryside lodge located at Poconé, in Pantanal of Mato Grosso, Brazil.
