We pass Huenuleo Pampa, Gutiérrez Lake, and Pilmayen and Melgarejo streams. At the 'watershed,' Mascardi Lake leads us to a charming gravel road, unveiling scenic views like Isla Corazón. We continue past Cerro Los Emparedados and the winding Manso Superior River to Pampa Linda, a perfect spot to admire Tronador. Through Vuriloches Valley and a lush forest, we reach Ventisquero Negro, a natural wonder. The excursion ends at the base of Cerro Tronador, standing at 3,454 meters, with its three peaks: International, Argentine, and Chilean.

From there you can see the valley of the upper Manso River in almost all its extension, with its meandering course and greenish waters. Following to Pampa Linda, you will find a beautiful place where accommodation and gastronomy services are located. From there you can see other glaciers of the Tronador. The ascent continues until you reach the last viewpoint of the tour, the Black Blizzard, a glacier that descends from the Tronador and is noted for its dark color.

Crossing the banks of the Gutiérrez and Mascardi lakes, and crossing the Manso river bridge, we arrive at Pampa Linda, a mandatory stop for lunch (not included). Towards the end of the road we arrive at the foot of the highest hill of the National Park, characterized by the sound produced by the breaking and detachment of the glaciers lodged in its summits. From this point you can see the Manso Glacier, which generates the “Ventisquero Negro”, reaching the end of the route. It is a day that will undoubtedly stay in your head forever!
