My name is Diego. I hold a bachelor's degree in tourism and a master's degree in social studies from the University of Guadalajara. Afterward, we'll visit a brewery (awarded "Best Medium-Sized Brewery in Mexico" in 2016 and "Best Brewery in North America" in 2019 by the International Beer Challenge), where you'll learn about the brewing process.
