The fly fishing trip with Eagle River outfitter starts by meeting your guide on the river at a predetermined location for four hours of fly fishing fun. Your guide(s) bring the waders and boots to the fishing location so no valuable fishing time is wasted at a fly shop. Eagle River Outfitter staff will have all the fishing gear necessary - rods, reels, flies, terminal tackle. They’ll also have cold beverages. All trips start with a quick casting clinic on the water before rods are handed to guests to fish their way to glory for the next 3.5 hours. Whether the fishing is good or great, the guide(s) will be on your hip coaching you to hook, fight and net fish. With a quick, easy lesson and as much on-water attention as you can handle, we feel confident that even complete beginners can grasp the sport with ease and have a great time doing it. Vail Pass to Vail Colorado Is a beautiful downhill glide into scenic Frisco Colorado. The ride is a paved path trail from the top of Vail Pass to Copper Mountain ski area and east through Tenmile Canyon for 6 miles to Frisco. This is a continuation of the path from the top of Vail Pass to Frisco. We can make a lunch reservation for you in Frisco or you can wing it at the many restaurant options on Main Street Frisco. Once you are done with lunch we will Drive you back to Vail or for those with some energy left we can drop you off at the top of Vail Pass for the ride west into Vail. Any way you do it this is a fun day of riding.
