Step into a private tasting salon in the heart of Lyon for an intimate wine masterclass.
The experience is built around a structured tasting: two sparkling wines, three whites, and three reds and two specials served side by side to encourage comparison and a deeper understanding of styles and regions.
Rather than following a fixed script, the tasting evolves naturally, with a focus on Beaujolais, the Rhône Valley, Jura, and a few carefully chosen surprises.
As the tasting unfolds, a few fresh, seasonal bites are served, not as a full meal, but to naturally support the wines.
