Itinerary

Walk 300 meters through the ancient Kauri forest to witness a clear blue water spring emerging from a cave. This is one of the most beautiful places in the Tasman district. Take 20-30 minutes to enjoy the calm, clear river and observe the many types of moss covering the surrounding rocks and forest.

Walk the 200m track to the tallest lookout in the Tasman district - 620m above sea level. Looking out over the Nelson Wine area and the Abel Tasman National park.

Takaka
Wander through Takaka village when we stop to collect our lunch. Guests can choose from a variety of local options.

See the coastal beauty of Golden bay as we make our way towards Wharariki.

Meet the giant Longfin Eels in Collingwood. Some 80-100 years old. Learn about their incredible lifecycle as they beg for food and affection.

Walk the beach at the incredible Wharariki. Discover Seal pups playing in rock pools as we wander the wild western coastline to giant sea caves and epic viewpoints.
