Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure. Late arrivals cannot join and tickets are non-refundable. The Salt Mine temperature is 14–16°C, so warm clothing and comfortable shoes are recommended. The visit to the Salt Mine is conducted by a licensed in-house guide, with only a driver escort during transfers. The mine tour includes extensive walking and stairs; it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or claustrophobia. Students must present a valid student ID to receive a youth discount.
