During this workshop, we teach you the basics of beer tasting with the help of 3 traditional Belgian beers, as well as how to make Brussels waffles using beer!
There will be an introduction and then a presentation about the beer. We will make our batter then let it sit for a while while we try the 3 beers. Then, we cook our waffles and cover them in as many sweet toppings as we want!
Feel free to make the craziest topping combinations and take pictures! Every participant can receive a complimentary drink to enjoy with his/her waffles, in addition to the beer.

We are here to tell you that it is absolutely possible to make waffles with beer - in fact, this is actually the most traditional way to enjoy your waffles. So join us for a hands-on workshop where we combine an exciting beer tasting with an all-you-can-eat Brussels waffle fest.
