1. Booking Confirmation After booking your ticket online, you will receive a confirmation with your travel date, departure time, seat number, and meeting point.
2. Arrival at Meeting Point Passengers should arrive 30 minutes before departure at the Tourist Bus Stop, Sorhakhutte in Kathmandu.
3. Locate the Bus At the tourist bus stop, please find the bus marked “Open Visit Nepal.” The license plate will be either 1740 or 1741, and your staff will assist you in locating the correct bus.
4. Boarding the Bus Show your booking confirmation to the staff and board the VIP Sofa Tourist Bus. You can then take your assigned seat and store small luggage in the designated space.
