We provide hotel pickup in Hanoi Old Quarter between 08:00 AM and 08:30 AM. Please be ready in your hotel lobby during this time. Our tour guide will meet you at the reception to check your booking. The drive to Ha Long Bay takes about 3 hours by comfortable bus, including a short stop for rest along the way.

At around 11:30–11:45 AM, you will arrive at the port to check in and complete registration. By 12:15 PM, a tender boat will transfer you to the cruise, where you’ll be welcomed onboard and complete your check-in at approximately 12:45 PM. A delicious lunch will be served around 1:00 PM as the cruise sets sail through the breathtaking limestone karsts. At about 2:00 PM, you’ll receive your room key and check into your luxury cabin to begin your unforgettable overnight experience.

In the afternoon, from around 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, guests are invited to gather at the reception area to join exciting kayaking activities, exploring the calm emerald waters and stunning limestone islets. Between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, weather permitting, guests can also enjoy drone photo sessions at the Sundeck to capture incredible views with the cruise in the background. At approximately 5:30 PM, a sunset party with drinks and snacks will be held on deck, followed by a Vietnamese cooking demonstration at 6:00 PM. From 6:00 to 7:00 PM, relax and take advantage of the Happy Hour with special drink offers. A delightful dinner will be served at 7:00 PM, after which guests can unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere onboard the luxury cruise.
