Reiseplan
After a 45-minute drive from Livorno, we'll arrive in the countryside just east of Lucca, in the Montecarlo di Lucca wine region. Fattoria Carmignani is a family run boutique winery, a simple but classic country estate that has been producing quality wines with love for decades. The Carmignani family has been winemakers in this area since 1386.
The cooking lesson is hands-on and lasts about 1 hour and a half. It will be followed by a lunch (approx. 1,5 hours) of the dishes you've prepared. A guided tasting of five of the estate's wines will accompany the meal. A walk through the vineyards with the winemaker completes the experience.
