Itinerary
Starting from the suggestive Largo Anfiteatro, you will walk inside the park and explore the ancient Latomie del Paradiso, the Grotta dei Cordari and the majestic Greek Theatre, symbol of the Neapolis Park and all of Syracuse. You will admire the magnificence of the Grotta del Ninfeo and the Altar of Hieron before reaching the imposing Roman Amphitheatre, where gladiator fights and classical theater works took place.
From here - independently - you will venture towards the enchanting island of Ortigia, the beating heart of Syracusan civilisation, where art and culture blend in a unique harmony. Your Walking Tour of Ortigia will start from the Temple of Apollo, dating back to the 6th century...
