A visit to the oil mill to learn about the production of extra virgin olive oil is first of all an experience to be lived and then to be enjoyed. During the visit it will be illustrated how the process takes place from the olive harvest to the pressing with traditional methods and with the more innovative ones as well as the peculiarities of the oils and the distinctive elements. Audio-visual materials as well as the direct presentation of the owners and collaborators of the mill will make the visit instructive.
