Take a look at Ryogoku Kokugikan. Ryogoku is known as the sacred ground of sumo, and sumo matches are still held here.
Ryogoku Kokugikan (visit only the exterior) is an important facility known as a sacred place for sumo, Japan's national sport. Ryogoku has had deep ties with sumo since the Edo period (1603-1868), some 400 years ago, and Hokusai even left a picture of sumo.
Sumo is a traditional Japanese martial art whose origins date back about 2,000 years.
