Start with a vermouth ritual dating to 1967, move to a cheese tasting through four textures from small Catalan producers, then into a natural wine bar where the pours come with real stories attached. The evening finishes with a chef's-choice main course at a restaurant recognized by the Michelin Guide, plus dessert and a paired wine to close. No more than eight guests share the table.
