Itinerary
Taste of 5 Green Vines accompanied by mixed boards of regional cheeses and fillings. During the tasting will be given an explanation of each wine, the terroir, varieties, history and tasting notes. (150ml per cup) In proof we will have: 2 wines from Casta Alvarinho, without internship and with internship in barrels of Madeira. 2 wines from Casta Loureiro, without internship and with internship in Madeira barrels. 1 Red Green Wine or other Green Wine at the choice of the Group. The tables are made up of cheeses and smoked meats from the region, dried or fresh fruits, compote, toasts and traditional bread. A roasted fill in the moment in a traditional way and water.
