1. First, you'll learn how to make 'nigiri' sushi using freshly caught fish from the nearby town of Karatsu (miso soup and a drink are included). 2. Choose your favourite piece of Karatsu ceramic-ware to serve your sushi on (all tableware is freely available at the venue).
