Itinerary
Start of the surf lesson
The experience begins with a 20-minute preparation session. When you arrive at Makaha Beach, you will receive your wetsuit and then perform a series of warm-up and stretching exercises, designed to prepare your body and improve your endurance before entering the water.
Theoretical session
Our certified instructor will provide a brief but comprehensive theoretical explanation, in which you will learn the basic techniques of surfing: how to stand on the board, maintain balance and control direction when taking a wave.
