We meet at the meeting point and first have a theoretical lesson and then practice in the water. Once you have acquired the basic techniques to face the tour, you will start on an excursion with the instructor who will follow you along the way giving you tips to improve the technique. We will visit the most important caves of Polignano a Mare, swim, dive, fully explore some stretches of the coast and take fantastic photos.
