At 11.30 am there is a break to visit the bell tower of Messina, which is just a 7-minute walk away. Participants, on their return will find lunch consisting of the dishes they prepare. The workshop starts at 9.30. Participants will cook with the guidance of chef Loredana an authentic Sicilian menu. At 11.30 am participants can go to the nearby cathedral to see the bell tower and return to enjoy lunch prepared by themselves
