The tour will start from Porta Messina at 10:00 am or 18:30 pm wih our Chef. After reaching the restaurant you will make home-made pasta and many other dishes of the Sicilian culinary tradition. Once finished the course, all participants will sit at a table for tasting the prepared dishes and drink a local sicilian wine.

At 10:00 am or 18:30 appointment with chef at the Rastaurant Porta Messina. After reaching the restaurant, the participants will find an already prepared table with all the tools on and they will be equipped with an apron. We will start making home-made pasta with a very traditional method. After the fresh pasta we proceed to make “home-made Caponata” with the vegetables that we bought at the market.
